SH112C Full-automatic kinematic viscometer (Pinter's)
SH112C automatic kinematic viscometer is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 265 and ASTM D445 standards. It can measure the kinematic viscosity of transparent and opaque liquids to the same accuracy, including crude oil, light fuel oil, lubricating oil, additives and silicone oil. It is also suitable for measuring the kinematic viscosity of samples with high wax content or samples containing insoluble components at room temperature.
Fully automatic sample injection, constant temperature, viscosity test, cleaning and drying viscometer do not need random operation. After setting out, the operator can leave the site, and the instrument can complete all tasks automatically.
The working principle is to put the sample into the selected capillary viscometer, the capillary immersed in a constant temperature bath. The sample is inhaled to the calibration position. When the sample flows to the upper calibration position, the instrument starts to record the time. When the sample flows to the calibration position, the recording time stops. The instrument will automatically calculate the kinematic viscosity of the sample.
