SY0337 Lubricating grease evaporation tester This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with SH/T0337 standard, and is suitable for measuring the evaporation of lubricating grease. Place an evaporating dish filled with 1mm thick lubricating grease in a specialized thermostat and maintain it at the specified temperature for 1 hour (or as specified in the lubricating grease product standard) to measure the mass loss.
The temperature measurement and control of the instrument are both carried out using a digital PID temperature controller, which automatically controls the temperature accurately, with high precision, intuitive digital display, and can be adjusted at any point within the effective range of heating temperature.
